Refund Policy
At LogoWear, we strive to provide high-quality custom print clothing and excellent customer service. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Products

All products are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided by the Client. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for custom print items unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
2. Defects and Errors

If you receive a defective product or an error has occurred in the customization process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a detailed description of the defect or error, along with photographic evidence.

Upon verification of the defect or error, LogoWear will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the defective items
- Replace the defective items
- Issue a refund for the defective items
3. Reporting a Defect

To report a defect or error, please email our customer service team at (e-mail) with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
5. Shipping Costs

If a return or exchange is approved due to a defect or error on our part, LogoWear will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective items and for sending replacement items.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the Client will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Order Cancellations

After 24 hours, orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. If production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
